Our products

We build and operate several products, including Page Bird, Learnhub, and the Children’s Business Fair platform at www.childrensbusinessfair.org. Each product has its own terms of service, which apply when you use that product and take precedence over these terms where they differ.

Using this site

This site is informational. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without warranties. Do not use it to break the law, to interfere with its operation, or to misrepresent your relationship with us.

Text messaging

Where one of our products offers text messages, joining is optional and is never a condition of using the product. You consent by giving us your mobile number at the point the product asks for it, and the messages you receive concern your own account, application, or event.

• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle your number and your consent is described in our Privacy Policy. In short, we do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and code of this site belong to us or to our licensors. Product names and logos shown here, including those of clients and partners, belong to their respective owners and appear to identify the work we do.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Estonian law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms, and we will update the effective date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
