Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 10, 2026
Spacebar Company OÜ (“Spacebar Company”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in Estonia, registry code 14309600, at Sepapaja 6, Tallinn 15551, Estonia. We build and operate web products, including Page Bird, Learnhub, and the Children’s Business Fair platform at www.childrensbusinessfair.org. This policy explains what information we collect across our websites and products, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have. We never sell your data.
What we collect and why
Account information
When you create an account on one of our products, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and location. We use it to create and secure your account, to provide the product, and to send you updates about your own account and events.
Event information
On the Children’s Business Fair platform, organizers provide details about the fairs they host, and parents provide the information needed to apply for a booth on behalf of their child. We use it to run the event, to help families find fairs near them, and to support the organizer.
Usage information
We collect standard technical data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and IP address, so that we can keep our products running, diagnose problems, and improve them.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to operate our products, create and secure accounts, communicate with you about your own account and events, provide customer support, meet our legal obligations, and improve what we build. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Text messaging (SMS)
Spacebar Company sends text messages for the products it operates. On the Children’s Business Fair platform at www.childrensbusinessfair.org, adults who apply to host a fair may enter their mobile number on an optional step of the application titled “Receive updates by text”. Entering a number there is how you consent to receive text messages. The step can be skipped, and consenting is optional and is not a condition of applying to or participating in a fair.
If you consent, we may send you text messages about your own application, account, or event, including application status updates, reminders to finish setting up your fair, notices of activity that needs your attention, and event reminders. Message frequency varies based on your application and event activity. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party. We use Twilio as our messaging provider, solely to deliver these messages on our behalf.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will get a confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or email us at contact@spacebarcompany.com.
The Children’s Business Fair platform’s own privacy policy, which covers this same messaging program, is at www.childrensbusinessfair.org/privacy.
Third-party services
We use a small number of trusted providers to run our products, including hosting, file storage, analytics, email delivery, text message delivery, and customer support. Each operates under its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum information necessary with these providers, and only for the purposes described above. We do not sell or trade your data with any third party.
Children’s privacy
Some of our products serve young people, including the Children’s Business Fair platform. Accounts on that platform belong to adults. Booth applications for minors are submitted by a parent or guardian, and we require parental consent for a child’s participation. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without parental involvement.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@spacebarcompany.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Data security and retention
We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of who can reach production data. We keep information for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as we need it to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Updates to this policy
We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the effective date above. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will tell you directly.
